Spatial Distribution and Mechanism of the Crimes, Based on POI Level ------Taking Luohu District in Shenzhen City as Research Object

The article takes 4 types of criminal cases(theft, robbery, drug related cases, intentional injury, from 2014 to present in Luohu, Shenzhen, China)  as samples. With the kernel density analysis, illustrating the distribution of criminal locations at a macro level. Utilizing spatial analysis to illurstrate the hot pots of 4 kinds of crimes from point-shape feature and line-shape geographic feature. Combining the geographical POI(point of interest) data and the analysis of geographic weighted regression(GWR), draw a conclusion of the spatial relation of criminal locations and the surrounding terrain. At last, based on the analysis results, extract the POI which is sensitive to criminal locations and generate the hot spot of crime at POI level. And plan the distribution of police force of the core area of Luohu District. The article draws a conclusion as follows:(1) The crime gathering area of Luohu core area has the characteristic of small size and large quantities.(2)Different kinds of crimes link to different geography features. (3)The highly accessibility of road of Luohu  has a close correlation with criminal type. (4) Different type of criminal and POI facility has the spatial correlation. (5) The hot spot of crime at POI level can demostrate the guilty place more precisely and has a optimize effect for the distribution and arrangement of police force.
