The effects of living environment on individual health have been one of the most important and hot issues in health geography. The existing researches mainly focus on the respective effects of individual demographic variables and living environment variables on human health, and committed to control the one factor and highlight the relationship between another factor and health, which often ignore the data structure of nested and lead to the study results inexact. At the same time, previous studies have been devoted to the effects of objective environment on health.There is little empirical research from the perspective of community differentiation and considering the mechanism of objective physical environment and subjective environment perception on the individual health, as well as the interactive mechanism between the subjective environment and objective environment. Therefore, this article applied a Hierarchical Linear Modeling which contains individual-level variables and neighborhood-level variables to explore the difference of health status on different level and specific influencing factors.
