Geographic Information System (GIS) is changing rapidly in recent years. Professional GIS software is moving from desktop to cloud service. New technologies such as Pictometry, and Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) are more widely used. GIS job market should have accordingly changed. Finally, the collected data are analyzed to demonstrate the most current GIS job requirements.
