Rates of eviction are not uniform in urban areas. Often, vulnerable populations, such as undocumented immigrants or those that cannot communicate will in the regions language, are exploited, because of their status. This exploratory study analyzes evictions in Salt Lake County, UT using publicly available data. GIS is used, as well as surveys to better understand patterns of evictions in an urban area.
