Along with the increasingly obvious process of global integration, the economic, political and environmental benefits of many countries are increasingly showing a bundle of causal links, pulling the whole body. Therefore, how to better coordinate the relationship between economic development and environmental protection of countries and even the whole world, to achieve the goal of sustainable development, is the current global responsibility. Conscious countries need to shoulder and shoulder their obligations and responsibilities. In the process of balancing the relationship between the two, the proper use of public governance can play a more active and effective role in promoting the positive interaction. The art of public governance and through what means - better, more efficient play to the effectiveness of public governance, so as to achieve a balanced and mutually beneficial economic and environmental benefits, in line with the era of sustainable development background and development trends.
