Study on land allocation optimization of communities with Chinese characteristics based on the point-axis model: a case study of Kaifeng City pilot villages

Point axis pattern plays an important part in regional economic development planning theory. Combining of Kaifeng economic development pattern and industrial planning, obeying national relevant land use and cultivated land protection policy, we choose open Kaifeng southward development axis–Kaiwei (Kaifengfeng-Weishi highway and six villages of two important towns: Zhuxianzhen, Xianrenzhuang as the study object. First of all, under the guidance of urban-rural integration and industrial orientation policy, the challenges and principles of demarcation of rural three-spaces (production, living and ecological spaces) and three-lines (permanent basic farmland, construction land and ecological protection of three binding indicators) of the optimal allocation of village level land resources are studied; Secondly, based on the local social and economic characteristics of the suburbs, the necessity and direction of industrialization, specialization, integration and scale development of land management and utilization are demonstrated. Third, clear according to the new era rural revitalization (20 characters) general requirements, the village land allocation optimization model with Chinese characteristics is explored, namely the villagers as the main body, the community township government as a coordinator, the reasonable introduction of social capital, promoting effective integration of community villagers endogenous motivation and external factors, scientific support decision of participatory urban and rural integration planning optimization model.
