Adopting the methodologies of Globalization and World City ( GaWC) Research Network, the spatial distribution of the headquarters and divisions of the top 100 laccounting firms in 119 Chinese cities is analyzed, and this paper analyzed the structure characteristics of urban network space in China from three aspects of urban service value, urban network connectivity and urban regional network pattern. The results are as follows:(1)The development of China's accounting industry has an obvious stage, and show a expansion pattern of "point to surface";(2)At the city scale, there is a hierarchical tendency from the aspects of service value and the connectivity, a system of Beijing as the core hub, Shanghai, shenzhen, chengdu, jinan and guangzhou as the secondary nodes and other cities as the tertiary nodes has been formed;(3)At the city-region scale, the pattern of network connection is manifested as "one super, bipolar, multi-polar and multi-level". The Yangtze river delta, beijing-tianjin-hebei and pearl river delta are the three largest urban agglomerations with the most extensive nationwide connection and network control;(4)The connection value between cities can be devided into four levels:high intense, mediun intense, low intense and light intense, the high intense connections were all centered in Beijing. The paper makes a key supplement to the research on specialized urban network in China, especially the network connection between cities.
