Using U.S. county-level data, this study investigates the relationships between life expectancy and health behaviors, such as sedentary lifestyle, fruits/vegetables intake, and smoking habit. We further examine how the relationships vary by race, income and education, and how the relationships change across U.S. regions and areas.
