Building upon rational voter models, this research project seeks to improve existing research to geospatially measuring travel costs inherent to voters. This research incorporates all identification and travel requirements necessary for voting in Wisconsin, and attempt to incorporate the costs into a geospatial model highlighting census blocks that bear higher voting costs. Analysis is conducted through road network analysis, improving on previous studies by using road travel time, in lieu of straight-line or vertex distance.
