Mixed Drinks: Geographies of Wine, Beer, and Spirits
In these sessions, we will explore the varied geographies of wine, beer, spirits, cider, and other ferments. The session is open to all perspectives, methodologies, and topical interests that might fall under the geography of these ferments. Depending on the number of submissions received, multiple sessions may be organized around coherent sub-themes.
