Census Day 2020 is rapidly approaching. The year leading up to Census Day (April 1, 2020) is one in which the Census Bureau conducts critical geographic area update programs, finalizes development of the address list for the decennial census, and reaches key decisions regarding data product plans and disclosure avoidance methodologies. This panel session brings together Census Bureau leaders to provide overviews of 2020 Census operations, disclosure avoidance methodologies, geographic programs, and data dissemination and data product plans. This session is critical for users of Census Bureau geographic and demographic data and offers an opportunity to hear from, and engage with, Census Bureau leaders in areas of interest to geographers.
