The Physical Geography classes at Everett Community College travel to 4 locations across Puget Sound from the Lower Elwha River to Orcas Island. The purpose of these weekend field trips is to gather data on water quality and track Large Woody Debris. In 2017, we were able to upgrade the equipment used on these field trips courtesy of a grant by the Puget Soundkeeper Alliance and the Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment.. This poster will summarize a few of the data points, give examples of a few types of analysis that can be run with the data; and most importantly showcase that this data is accessible and available for public use.
