Call for Submissions

We invite anyone interested in the geographies of health care to submit an abstract for a session where the focus will be on the geographies of health care. Quantitative, qualitative, GIS and systematic review papers are welcome that deal with any aspect of health care from any place in the world at any geographical scale from the local to the international. The analysis can be based on a specific vulnerable population, any age, gender or population group or health care service. Our goal is to provide a forum for the presentation of papers and provide positive feedback to move health geography research forward.

If you are interested in participating in either session, please email your PIN, title, abstract, and indicate which session you would like to join to the following organizers: Mark Rosenberg (mark.rosenberg@queensu.ca), Sandy Wong (swong@fsu.edu), and Kevin Mwenda (kevin_mwenda@brown.edu). Please send your information by October 21 and we will respond to submissions by October 25.
