On the basis of the definition of the energy resource base, based on the characteristics and distribution pattern of the dominant minerals, determine the allocation plan of China's energy resource base, and divide 21 first-level districts and 63 second-level districts; Comprehensive evaluation of the index system of force and socio-economic evaluation; based on the theory of human-land relationship, calculate the coordinated development degree of resource environmental carrying capacity and social economic level, and divide the level and type of coordinated development of energy resource bases to reflect the relationship between human and land; The discriminant method is based on the combination of resource environment carrying capacity and human-land coordination state space superposition to carry out the main function zoning and positioning, and propose corresponding control measures. The research is to develop, empirically and innovate the relevant theories of comprehensive mineral resources zoning and main functional zoning, and provide reference for the space management and sustainable development planning of China's energy resource base.
